Chambres d'hôtes-Les Chambres de Mado

Very comfortable and in a quiet location in the countryside, but near towns. I was in the area to visit Yvoire and Evian and this place was between the two - very convenient. I went for a run on the country roads and there is a trail for walking/running. The proprietor was welcoming and helpful. We had interesting conversations. The breakfast was typical - bread, preserves, yogurt, cheese. Good and plentiful coffee. I will stay there again.

Chambres d'hôtes-Les Chambres de Mado was a hidden gem, made all the more so by the lovely Nicole, who hosted us and was full of local history and information. Beautiful location; spacious and comfortable room; and tasty breakfast.

Very quiet rural location within reach of outstanding historical locations such as the artistic coastal town of Yvoire and the world famous Evian aquifer.

Breakfast every morning was the highlight of our day. Nicole was extremely helpful and welcoming even after we only arrived at midnight. House and location are both amazing.

The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. They spoke very good English. The location of the property was wonderfully peaceful and rural and yet only literally a few minutes from the hustle and bustle of the port and the excellent restaurants there! We cycled and it took us 6 mins. The property had been very tastefully restored by the owners.
